We are really missing having our Sidewinder Lounge open - it's just the right amount of moody, always welcoming and serving up some of the most delicious craft cocktails in the East Bay.  It's our members' private haunt, and we love entertaining here and until we can, we want to offer some of our cocktail recipes, with that certain Sidewinder something special.  We look forward to when we can serve you over the bar.

The Pineapple Paper

Attention to detail is a principle which fuels our curiosity, which reaches past the distillery doors and into our tasting lounge. If you've visited us, you will know of our dramatic wallpaper at the entrance.  We re-produced this 19th century design, which we discovered in an old photo of a Livermore saloon, circa 1899.
